TBN’s Costa Mesa Campus Has New Owner

Irvine, CA-based Greenlaw Partners acquired the headquarters of Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) in Costa Mesa, CA. The 6.2-acre campus, which was sold for an undisclosed amount, includes a 65,650-square-foot, three-story building that was constructed in 1979.

TBN acquired the asset for $6 million in 1996. The campus was assessed at $41.3 million in 2016. The ornate property at 3150 Bear St. was easily visible for motorists on the 405 Freeway.

The campus has become “obsolete,” as TBN grows nationally and internationally. Over time, the property served as the home for such faith-based groups as Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International, as well as TBN’s flagship property and studio.
