TCC Continues with Largest Industrial in its History

Trammell Crow Co. and partner PGIM Real Estate began construction on the 106-acre Phase II of 35-Eagle Industrial Park in Fort Worth, TX. The second phase at Interstate 35W and Eagle Parkway will include the one-million-square-foot Building A, a cross-doc warehouse; a 312,654-square-foot Building H, a rear-load warehouse; and the 233,961-square-foot Building J, which is a cross-dock warehouse. The buildings are expected to deliver in late 2017.

The JV completed Phase I, two buildings totaling 1.6 million square feet, in late 2014, which were sold to Heitman in late 2016. The project represents TCC’s largest in its history.

“We are extremely pleased to continue our work with PGIM Real Estate on Phase II of 35-Eagle,” said Scott Krikorian, Senior Managing Director of TCC’s Dallas/Fort Worth Business Unit. “35-Eagle provides tenants modern amenities and efficient access to local highways, intermodals and airports.”
