TCC, PGIM Initiate 1.6M-SF Phase of 35-Eagle in Fort Worth

May 5, 2017

Dallas-based Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and joint venture partner PGIM Real Estate commenced construction on the second phase of 35-Eagle industrial park in Fort Worth, TX. The 106-acre site is planned to include three new industrial buildings totaling 1.6-million-square feet, expected to deliver in late 2017.

The project is TCC’s largest industrial development in the company’s history.

35-Eagle is located at the northwest corner of I-35W and Eagle Parkway, adjacent to Alliance Airport, the world’s first 100% industrial airport designed for cargo and corporate aviation.

Phase II buildings include:

  • Building A: 1,089,642-square foot cross-dock warehouse
  • Building H: 312,654-square-foot rear-load warehouse
  • Building J: 233,961-square-foot cross-dock warehouse

CBRE’s Steve Trese and Bob Scully are handling 35-Eagle’s Phase II leasing and marketing. The initial phase of the project included nearly 1.6 million square feet of space that was completed in Q4 2014.
