Seattle-based Kidder Mathews’ added a veteran team of multifamily investment brokers in San Diego. Jim Neil, Eric Comer and Merrick Matricardi joined from CBRE, bringing more than 65 years of collective industry experience.
The trio have combined to sell 8,000 apartment units in San Diego County, representing total consideration of $1.5 billion. They’ve handled assignments for The City of San Diego, Intergulf, Housing Commission, Pacific Urban Residential, Community Housing Works, Floit Properties, Klingbeil Capital, Hoban Property Management, and Scott Development.
Neil says the team shifted to Kidder Mathews because the firm offers an attractive broker/client-centric culture and business platform, as well as high-level marketing services to support the team’s sophisticated client base.
Two additional members of their team, Shira Bicknell and Salma Rawi, are also joining.
