Technology solutions provider Eze Castle Integration renewed its lease for the entire seventh floor at 529 Fifth Ave. in Midtown Manhattan, totaling 17,925 square feet.
“Our recently completed lobby renovation at 529 Fifth Avenue has created a fully modernized environment,” said Roger A. Silverstein, executive vice president of building owner Silverstein Properties, which represented itself in the transaction. CBRE represented Eze Castle Integration.
Built in 1958, renovation-accented marble walls and floors with stainless steel and ebony wood highlight the 20-story, 282,278-square-foot tower.
