A Temecula land parcel totaling just less than 20.2 acres recently sold to Ridge Crest Real Estate, in a deal brokered by Lee & Associates. The land, sold by Waypoint, is currently zoned for office, but the city could potentially convert that to residential use.
Matt Weaver, Al Apuzzo, Patrick Miller, and Taylor Cook were the Lee brokers who represented both the buyer and the seller. The property is near Temecula’s wine country, historic old town, and the Temecula Creek Inn & Golf Course. Just adjacent are the master-planned communities of Wolf Creek and Temecula Creek.
