Ten-X’s top sell market is Houston, mainly due to low oil prices and sluggish employment, while Dallas, which took the second spot, will be dealing with “a heavy supply pipeline and stalling vacancies,” the report said. In third place is Fort Worth, which also is dealing with supply issues, and San Antonio rounds it out as No. 5, once again, due to oil-related fallout.
The one, lone non-Texan top sell market was Suburban Maryland, in the fourth spot. Ten-X is forecasting negative absorption beginning in 2019 for this market.
