Andrew Tavakoli, Founder of RetailTenant

Los Angeles commercial real estate executive Andrew Tavakoli launched RetailTenant, an online platform that connects retail landlords and their brokers with tenants. Tavakoli has been investing in retail real estate for more than 30 years.

The platform provides the tools necessary for CRE landlords and agents to find the perfect tenants. Unlike other commercial real estate websites, RetailTenant allows users to quickly identify local, regional, and national retailers, even those that are just beginning to expand into the United States. This provides landlords with the opportunity to become the first to host new tenants with preexisting global recognition.

Tavakoli says, “RetailTenant is the most efficient, cost-effective, and game-changing CRE tool available in the marketplace. This platform encourages users to think outside of the box, and consider innovative and sustainable retailers that are on the rise to national growth.”
