Three new tenants signed for space at 3400 at CityLine, a 313,000-square-foot, Class A office building developed by Transwestern Development Co. DXC Technology Co. leased 100,300 square feet, while Xandr and Common Desk took down 24,700 square feet and 31,500 square feet, respectively.
The commitments bring the building on Central Expressway in Richardson, TX to 60% leased, with negotiations underway for the remaining space. Transwestern Commercial Services’ Duane Henley and Nathan Durham negotiated on behalf of the ownership – a joint venture between TDC and a fund advised by UBS Asset Management. Additionally, Malouf Interests acts as a strategic partner and investor alongside TDC.
3400 at CityLine is within the CityLine transit-oriented development, comprised of 2.5 million square feet of office space, 2,500 apartment units, multiple hotels and more than 25 restaurants anchored by a Whole Foods.
