Germantown, TN-based Mid-America Apartment Communities acquired 26.92 acres of vacant land at Central Park Boulevard and Northfield Boulevard in Denver. The tract is in the Central Park master plan, formally known as Stapleton, and is entitled for multifamily development.

CBRE’s Eric Roth and Martin Roth represented the seller, FEI Holdings, a Greenwood Village, CO-based family office.

With development potential of up to 1,000 units, we expect that the buyer will enjoy a significant pipeline in Central Park for years to come.”
