Terra Expands Again, Takes 45K-SF in Brea

Connect Industrial is heading to Chicago, June 28th. Here’s where to get more details and register.

Terra Universal signed a lease for an entire industrial building totaling 45,227 square feet at Brea Business Park in Brea, CA. The project at 675 Endeavor Cir. is owned by Brea Endeavor Holdings LLC.

The company expanded its north Orange County footprint, which includes its nearby 195,000-square-foot headquarters campus in Fullerton. This most recent expansion marks the fourth time Terra has increased its occupancy in Orange County during the last 10 years.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Kevin Turner represented the tenant, which designs and fabricates cleanrooms and laboratory environments. CBRE’s Tom McAllister represented the landlord.

Turner said, “Terra has remained committed to Orange County due to its strategic, accessible and desirable location in Southern California, while its business continues to flourish as a result of the company’s longstanding reputation as an industry leader.”
