Texas Health Resources Launches $300M Construction Project

Texas Health Resources began a $300 million construction project on its Texas Health Harris Methodist Fort Worth campus. Construction crews have begun removing the Heart Center Parking Garage at Cooper and South Henderson streets to make room for the 144-bed Jane and John Justin Patient Surgical Tower. The new tower, which is scheduled for completion in 2021, will also add 15 surgical suites and new pre-and post-operative services areas.

“With this new tower, we’re expanding our capacity for more complex procedures and advanced care, which lets people in Fort Worth and nearby communities stay close to home when they need care,” Texas Health’s Barclay Berdan previously told the Fort Worth Business Press.
