TheRealReal plans to relocate to Exposition PL. 3317-25 in the Exposition Place District of Los Angeles by this fall. The online luxury consignment company will take the entire 29,690-square-foot creative office conversion owned by Lion Real Estate Group and The Borman Group.

The tenant was attracted to the cool creative design of the two-story brick building at 3317-3325 W. Exposition Blvd. that includes exposed steel beams and wood bow-truss ceilings. The large column-free space also includes an open galley kitchen space.

NKF’s Jennifer Frisk and Shannon Aja represented the tenant. NKF’s Brad Feld, Chris Beck and Alex Bergeson advised the landlord.

Feld says, “A surge of new companies and highly-skilled young professionals are entering the area as a number of high-profile developments near completion.”
