Three Towers Top Out at Waterline Square

GID Development Group celebrated the official topping out of Waterline Square, a 2.2-million-square-foot, three-tower mega-development on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.

“With all three buildings being constructed simultaneously, Waterline Square will offer its residents a new and complete neighborhood. We look forward to welcoming our first buyers at the close of 2018,” said James Linsley, president of GID.

Designed by three world-renowned architects, One Waterline Square by Richard Meier & Partners Architects reached 37 stories;; Two Waterline Square by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF) reached 38 stories; and Three Waterline Square by Viñoly Architects reached 34 stories.

Located on the waterfront between W. 59th St. and W. 61st St., the towers will feature 263 condominiums that begin on or above the 20th floor of each building. Prices start at approximately $2 million.
