Texas developer TIG Real Estate Services is preparing to develop Westinghouse Road Corporate Center, a 16-acre mixed-use project in Georgetown, TX. The $16-million project will offer six buildings, totaling 98,000 square feet, that will provide space for office, medical, flex and retail uses. Sites will also be available for sale or build to suit.
The development will be east of Interstate 35 on Westinghouse Road, and should be completed approximately eight months after the start of construction. Tom Pardee with TIG is handling marketing and leasing.
The Georgetown City Council approved a $500,000 infrastructure grant to help TIG with the development. The grant, part of an economic development agreement between city and developer, will help pay for utility installation and a new left-turn lane into the property.
