Tim Ho Wan inked a deal with NewQuest Properties for a 5,160-square-foot end cap in retail property Katy Grand’s second phase. The restaurant in west Houston will be the Hong Kong tenant’s first in Texas, and its fourth on the mainland United States. It’s scheduled to open in early 2020.
In Katy Grand’s second phase, NewQuest is developing a 53,521-square-foot Asian village, consisting of upscale restaurants and retail. Tim Ho Wan, a Dim Sum specialist, took space in a 19,119-square-foot building that is now 100% leased. NewQuest is pre-leasing a second building, totaling 17,000 square feet.
Katy Grand’s first phase, totaling 22 acres, is anchored by a 19-screen Cinemark, and includes 141,655 square feet of well-known American retail and restaurant brands.
