Tokyo Firm Takes Down 100K SF

Bandai Logipal America Inc. signed a 101,298-square-foot lease for industrial space at 10865 Jersey Blvd. in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The transaction is valued at $2.7 million, and covers 36 months for the shipper that provides freight forwarding, multi-modal transport and distribution services in the U.S.

The Japan-based company plans to move into the new facility by mid-April 2017. This is an additional facility to an existing Rancho Dominguez, CA location. The rail-served Inland Empire property includes 30-foot warehouse clearance and ESFR sprinklers.

Daum Commercial’s Gus Andros and Andrew Lara represented the tenant. NGKF’s Ron Washle, Mark Kegans and Dean Washle represented the landlord, Romar Properties.
