Top Broker Honoree: Pacific Century Realty’s Alfred Goh

Alfred Goh of Pacific Century Realty closed sales of retail properties totaling $26 million in 2017. His eight transactions totaled 143,069 square feet of retail space.

Goh’s deals included the acquisition of Legacy Plaza, also known as Asia World Market, a 91,834-square-foot shopping center in Plano, TX. The shopping center is a landmark for the Asian community in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The off-market transaction began with the previous owner, a long-term investor who wasn’t planning to sell. Goh brought the seller together with a new buyer interested in improving the value of the property.
