Colliers International’s David Carter, principal of the firm’s Houston office, is in charge of the direction and strategic growth of the office’s investment services division. He sets a good example for the team. A multiple award-winner as a top producer, Carter completed more than $178 million of sales in 2018.
Carter’s clients are public and private REITS, institutions, private equity, individuals, life insurance companies, national, regional and local banks, state and federal courts.
A highlight among Carter’s 2018 deals was the sale of a Class A, 421,000-square-foot office complex consisting of two towers in downtown Midland, TX.
This was the largest commercial real estate sale transaction in Midland in 2018 by a wide margin. The complex was 97% leased and sold to a local group.
