The deals include the sale of a 750-unit, Class-B portfolio in northwest Dallas; an 804-unit sale in Dallas; and a two-property portfolio in Dallas and Arlington totaling 683 units. Most communities sold by Snoddy go to buyers spending significant capital to re-gentrify an area or asset.
Snoddy has one of the largest market shares in Dallas-Fort Worth. His team completed a sale every seven business days, on average, in 2017.
