Specializing in the sale of net leased and retail properties, Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay lead Horvath & Tremblay, one of the most active independent real estate brokerages in the U.S.
Based out of Lynnfield, MA, Horvath, Tremblay and their team have successfully structured sale lease-back programs, portfolio dispositions and 1031 exchanges.
The team tallied $4 billion in sales in 2018, the firm’s second full year of operation. With about 1,000 transactions nationally, the 10-figure total came from many smaller-sized deals executed well.
On last November’s $3.9-million sale of Beverly Retail Plaza in Beverly, MA, for instance, seller Paul Herrick of Dodge Street Realty Partners commented “Horvath & Tremblay exceeded our expectations and delivered a very high-quality buyer that delivered on their representations.”
