The NKF team led by Vice-Chairman Steven Golubchik claims a dominant market share in Bay Area office investment sales. A few examples from the past year back it up: 1221 City Center in Oakland, $255 million; Cityview Plaza in San Jose, $283.5 million; Growers Square in Walnut Creek for approximately $88 million, or $450 per square foot, a high value for a suburban property.
In all, the team of Golubchik, Edmund Najera and Grant Lammersen amassed a dollar volume total of $1.867 billion across 25 transactions during 2018.
“Broker market insight with large market share in the Bay Area and versatile partnership led the team to more efficient sales and greater negotiations” is how Golubchik sums up the team’s formula for success in investment sales.
