Plans for The District at 15fifteen, a mixed-use project that will bring dining, upscale retail and heavily amenitized residential space to a site in Morris County, NJ, have been approved by Parsippany-Troy Hills and Hanover Townships. The project is a partnership of Stanbery Development Group and the Claremont Companies.
“This will provide an urban experience that appeals to today’s professionals, who want the convenience of living and playing near where they work,” said Stanbery’s Mark Pottschmidt.
Located on Route 10 in Morris County, between I-287 and U.S. Hwy. 202, The District at 15fifteen will include 100,000 square feet of retail and 441 apartments along with a hotel in Hanover Township, all adjacent to major corporate parks. It will be developed in multiple phases.
Both Parsippany and Hanover have deemed the parcel an area in need of redevelopment. Demolition of existing vacant office buildings is slated to begin later this year.
