Trammell Crow Commences 200K-SF Riverside MOB

Trammell Crow Company commenced construction on a new 200,000-square-foot medical office building that will be occupied by Riverside University Health System (RUHS). The three-story facility, which is slated for completion in 2019, will bring new specialty physician groups, an outpatient surgery center and expanded pharmacy services to RUHS Medical Center in Moreno Valley, CA.

Trammell Crow Co.’s Tom Bak says, “We are proud to be a part of the next generation medical office building at RUHS. The new facility will be integrated into and enhance the entire medical center campus.”

The new medical office building will occupy 17.4 acres on the southern portion of the 80-acre RUHS medical center campus, and will also feature a single-story 7,000-square-foot lobby and café. The new outpatient building and the existing medical center will be linked by a second-floor pedestrian bridge.
