Trammell Crow Completes Next Phase of Innovation Village

Southern California Edison’s third 125,000-square-foot office and engineering facility opened at Innovation Village Research Park, a 65-acre, 1-million-square-foot project at Cal Poly Pomona. The master-planned office and R&D commercial development is a public-private partnership between Trammell Crow Company and Cal Poly Pomona.

Innovation Village is now 65% complete and includes 630,000 square feet in seven buildings. Roughly 18 acres of land and 450,000 square feet of building area remain available for development. SCE, which currently occupies 375,000 square feet and employs 1,200 people at Innovation Village, will add more than 400 additional employees.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Ron Heim, John Bibeau, Steve Marcussen and Steven Saunders, in partnership with Trammell Crow Co.’s Tom Bak and David Nazaryk are marketing Innovation Village.
