Trammell Crow Co. is proposing a two-building, speculative warehouse project on 106 acres in Far South Dallas. The project, which would be dubbed Cedardale Industrial Park, will be near Bonnie View Road, south of Interstate 20. The project will cost more than $27 million, according to filings with the Dallas Economic Development Committee.
The warehouse development, totaling 1.5 million square feet, would be southwest of Trammell Crow’s J.J. Lemmon Distribution complex, which is leased to Amazon and Textile Co. The developer is asking for a 10-year, 90% property tax abatement, which would equal more than a half million dollars in value.
