The Signorelli Co., which is developing the Vivacity Medical District in northeast Houston, has retained Transwestern to provide leasing services within the 186-acre district. Vivacity, a pedestrian-friendly medical district, will include acute care services, medical offices, life sciences and hospitality facilities, along with a retail component and 45 acres of parks, lakes and outdoor space.
Chris Wadley and Justin Brasell will head up marketing and leasing services for the project. So far, CHI St. Luke’s Health is taking space at the development.
The under-construction Vivacity is situated at Grand Parkway and Interstate 69, on the sothern edge of the 1,400-acre Valley Ranch mixed-use development. Valley Ranch will offer 1,500 single-family homes, more than 3,000 multifamily units and a 2.5-million-square-foot entertainment district, complete with retail. Valley Ranch will also boast Class A office space and a full-service hotel and conference center, connected by bike and walking trails, as well as parks and lakes.
