TriBeCa is now the priciest neighborhood in New York, according to data firm PropertyShark.
The median sale price of a home is now more than $4 million in the Triangle Below Canal Street, which was once a warehouse neighborhood in the 1960s. That’s up 19 percent from the year before.
Eight of PropertyShark’s Top Ten NYC Neighborhoods were in Manhattan. That includes the Garment District, where prices rose 47% from last year, and the Little Italy, the only Top Ten neighborhood where prices fell. DUMBO in Brooklyn, where prices rose 44%, and Forest Hills Gardens in Queens also made the list.
