Triton Realty Group recently sold three apartment buildings in the North Side’s West Rogers Park, Albany Park and Edison Park neighborhoods for a total of $3.3 million. In the largest deal, a 12-unit apartment building at 2702-2710 W. Fitch Ave. traded for $1,600,000.
Matthew A. Fritzshall and Harrison A. Cohen were the sole brokers. According to Cohen, “This was an extremely rare opportunity to acquire a multifamily asset that has remained strong for decades. This is a once-in-30-years transaction.”
Cohen facilitated the sale of a six-unit building at 7536 N. Harlem in Edison Park to a local investor for $778,500. The buyer plans to hold the property long term.
Lastly, Triton was exclusively engaged to market and represent the seller of a seven-unit building at 3215 W. Eastwood Ave. in Albany Park. Fritzshall and Triton’s Horace Grant Jr. represented both the buyer and seller in the $940,000 sale.
