Trumark Urban Pacific Penthouse San Francisco’s Most Expensive Ever

Trumark Urban sold a penthouse in the Pacific, a 76-unit luxury condo development in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights, for $15.875 million. That equates to a per-square-foot price of $3,921, a record as the most expensive condo sold by square foot in the City.

The four-bedroom, two-story unit spans 4,048 square feet, and has nearly 2,000 square feet of terrace and views of the San Francisco Bay and Golden Gate Bridge.

Trumark Urban has sold more than 80% of The Pacific’s units, and generated more than $200 million in sales revenue since launching its sales campaign last year. The developer credits the success to the under-supply of ultra-luxury, hyper-local focused product in the market.

The nine-story building by Handel Architects is located at 2121 Webster St., and is a converted former dental school building.
