Whether you’re a rookie or a vet in the CRE industry, Allen Buchanan thinks that you should spend some time looking for new business. How much time is the right amount?
Of course, this differs in everyone’s situation. But as a rule of thumb, once you have several years under your belt in the industry, at least 20-25% of your time should be spent prospecting, and there are methods other than cold calling to get the job done.
