Tukwila’s Riverview Plaza Sells for $22M

Talon Private Capital, headquartered in Seattle, acquired Riverview Plaza in Tukwila, WA for $22 million. Broadreach Capital Partners sold the three-building, 171,000-square-foot office plaza at 16000 Christensen Rd.

Broadreach Capital acquired the asset in 2007 for $27.6 million. In fact, Talon co-founder and managing principal Bill Pollard was quite familiar with the asset. He had been on the Pacific Real Estate Partners team that had originally leased the buildings, then sold them to Broadreach.

The asset delivered during the early 1980s. Two of the three-story buildings are close to 49,000 square feet, with the largest measuring approximately 77,810 square feet.
