American Realty Capital New York City REIT, Inc. signed two new leases totaling roughly 27,500 square feet at 9 Times Square in Manhattan. The deals involve Knotel and Poke Signature at the newly repositioned property located at 200 West 41st St. The 167,000-square-foot office building has more than 15,000 square feet of retail space.
Knotel, a real estate company that runs a network of custom locations that provides modern businesses with adaptable headquarters, signed a 10-year, 26,340-square-foot lease for three full floors and plans to take occupancy by mid-2018. NKF represented the landlord, and Savills Studley represented the tenant.
Poke Signature, a fast-casual restaurant serving Hawaiian poke dishes, signed a 10-year, 1,203-square-foot retail lease on the ground floor of the property, and plans to open in December 2017. RKF represented the landlord and Kassin Sabbagh Realty represented the tenant.
