United Equities Inc. acquired one of the remaining tracts of land at Satsuma Station Industrial Park from developer Pinpoint Commercial. The Bellaire, TX buyer closed on a total of 12 acres in Houston’s northwest submarket, and is planning two spec industrial buildings totaling 83,500 square feet on seven of the acres. The remaining land, in a separate part of the park, is being marketed for industrial build-to-suits ranging from 30,000 to 90,000 square feet.
NAI Partners’ Travis Land represented the buyer.
Satsuma Station, totaling 115 acres, is a master-planned, multi-modal distribution complex that is adjacent to U.S. 290 and SH 6, while being within four miles of Beltway 8 and SH 249. The park is also served by Union Pacific Railroad.
