Uptown’s Quadrangle Trades to Stream Realty

Stream Realty Partners has purchased The Quadrangle in Dallas’s Uptown neighborhood. Developed in 1966, The Quadrangle was city’s first mixed-use project and remains one of its most iconic properties.

The Quadrangle, which sits on a little less than four acres, offers about 194,332 square feet of commercial space in an eight-story office tower, along with one and two-story retail and creative space. Its unique location puts it within walking distance of more than 75 restaurants and 55,000 existing and under-construction apartment units.

“Our vision is to restore The Quadrangle’s place as the premier mixed-use property in Uptown, which will require some of the same daring ideas that made it great in the first place,” said Ramsey March of Stream Realty Partners.

Stream acquired The Quadrangle from American Realty Advisors. HFF represented the seller and helped Stream secure financing for the purchase.
