Urban Jungle Swings into Murrieta Gateway Center

Urban Jungle Fun Park signed a 10,793-square-foot lease at Murrieta Gateway Center in Murrieta, CA. The San Diego-based company will open its popular indoor, all-age attraction at 39449 Los Alamos Rd., following a three-month build-out.

The facilities feature trampolines, rock walls, super slides, life size video games, climbing structures, and obstacle courses, as well as party rooms for birthdays and private “chill out” rooms for parents.

Pacific Coast Commercial’s Jeff Davies and Kevin Calmenson represented the tenant. Coldwell Banker Commercial SC’s Janet Kramer and Cyndi Light represented the landlord.

Coldwell Banker Commercial SC’s Kramer said “It’s another great family-oriented use that will draw people from all over the Temecula Valley into Murrieta.”
