Alcove Wicker Park, a new 43-unit luxury condominium building, announced its grand opening and unveiled a new condominium model. Chicago-based Vermilion Development is responsible for the project, reportedly Wicker Park’s largest new condominium development in more tan 15 years. Sales and marketing are being handled by @properties Developer Services.
Located between Division Street, Paulina Street and Milwaukee Avenue, Alcove Wicker Park features condominium floor plans with two to four bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half baths, 1,365 to 2,430 square feet, and single-level or two-story layouts, all with private outdoor space.
The seven-story elevator building is designed by Hirsch MPG Architecture. Base prices for available three- and four-bedroom residences begin at $800,000.
“Alcove Wicker Park has everything city homebuyers are looking for right now, from large living areas to flex space to private outdoor areas and a convenient location,” said Kerry Dickson, managing director at Vermilion.
