Vince Reynolds Leaves CBRE for Kidder Mathews

Kidder Mathews expanded its team in San Diego with the addition of Vince Reynolds, who joins as senior vice president from CBRE. The 27-year veteran broker specializes exclusively in manufactured housing and RV parks.

Reynolds is widely recognized as one of the leading experts in manufactured housing and RV park investment sales in the U.S.

He was a top producer with CBRE, and a member of CBRE’s Manufactured Housing Group. He was a key member of a team that closed more than 300 sales transactions nationally, with a total actual sales volume exceeding $1 billion.

Previously, he co-founded MHRV Advisors, an independent park investment brokerage firm specializing in the sale of mobile home parks and RV parks.
