Virtual Reality ‘Changes Game’ for Unbuilt Condo Tower

San Diego-based Zephyr launched four virtual reality experiences to showcase The Park, Bankers Hill, a luxury condo project under construction in San Diego. Prospective buyers are able to ‘tour’ units, amenities and views at the 14-story, 60-unit residential building before its’ scheduled completion next year.

Zephyr is one of the first real estate companies in San Diego to utilize the technology. Donning a VR headset, buyers can see immersive views of the penthouse units, townhomes, tower residences, private pool and spa, fitness center, yoga studio, clubroom and terrace with fire pits.

Zephyr’s Brad Termini says ‘game-changing’ VR lets prospects “reach out and touch” an unbuilt project. “Buyers have a 360-degree view of the homes, including the downstairs and upstairs, can see the amenities and more. It helps take the guessing out of buying a home that is under construction.”
