Newport Beach, CA-based CapRock Partners signed a 422,432-square-foot lease with Goli Nutrition in Norco, CA. The transaction involved four industrial buildings in Saddle Ranch Business Center, located at 3300-3390 Horseless Carriage Dr.
Lee & Associates’ Jeff Ruscigno, Paul Earnhart, Ryan Earnhart, and Brian Pharris represented both the landlord and tenant in the transaction.
Brokers note the vitamin manufacturer was looking to expand its operations. One of its most important criteria was to create a multiple-building campus with close proximity to all major freeways for its distribution needs, while also being near a talented area workforce to draw from. Saddle Ranch Business Center in Norco was able to provide a perfect solution to meet Goli’s requirements, notes Ruscigno.
The development, which delivered in fall 2019, is near the intersection of the 91 Freeway and I-15 interchange.
