Weby Targets Shuttered Total Shooting Sports Facility for Ownership

Technology company Weby Corp. now owns the former Total Shooting Sports facility, a 94,218-square-foot shuttered gun range and retail operation in North Richland Hills, TX. Weby is an Amazon seller, representing more than 500 brands in third-party marketplaces. The buy of the property at 7901 Boulevard 26, is part of the Arlington, TX-based Weby’s expansion into physical retail. The new owner plans to re-open the property, and combine it with retail operations.

Derek Shuster and David Zoller with Weitzman handled negotiations on behalf of the seller, which is listed as the city of North Richland Hills. Jim Hazard, SIOR, with ESRP was on hand for the buyer, which specializes in omni-channel and e-commerce.

Total Shooting Sports opened in late 2016, only to permanently close its doors less than a year later. The location was once home to a Home Depot Design Expo Center.
