The Weitzman Group and Cencor Realty Services, both in Dallas, have rebranded under one name: Weitzman. Along with the new name is a new logo, website and color scheme. The new brand will be rolled out over the next 12 months, though signage at the company’s Dallas headquarters and offices in Austin, Houston and San Antonio, has already been updated.
According to Weitzman President and CEO Marshall Mills, the two-named approach made sense when the companies first opened more than 25 years ago. “We saw the two-name approach as a way to differentiate our service lines as new kids on the block,” Mills said.
But over the years, clients and employees referred to the company as “Weitzman.” Mills said that the change wasn’t undertaken lightly. “We talked to our people, and we talked to our clients, and they all supported the idea of one brand representing our entire firm,” he said.
