Vista, CA-based Wellco Industries signed an 89,919-square-foot lease at a Corona, CA industrial building owned by Terreno Realty Corp. The Class A facility, at 2095 California Ave., will house the technology products company’s e-commerce operations.
The fully-leased property sits on a rare over-sized parcel of nearly five acres near the 15 and 91 freeways. The building offers roughly 9,400 square feet of office space, as well as multiple dock loading positions, 24-foot clear height, 42 trailer parking stalls, and a large secured yard area.
Kidder Mathews’ Cory Whitman and Jeffrey Crocker represented the tenant. Cushman & Wakefield’s Rick Ellison and Brett Lockwood represented the landlord.
