Broad Street Development’s 40 Bleecker residential condominium project in NoHo has signed wellness center Clean Market as its first retail tenant. Set to open in 2020, the 2,600-square-foot space will mark Clean Market’s third location.
“Clean Market fits our vision for creating a curated group of retail tenants at 40 Bleecker that are wellness and fitness focused, to support the interests of the neighborhood and our residents, and we’re excited that they’ve chosen 40 Bleecker and NoHo to expand their brand,” said Raymond Chalmé, CEO and principal of Broad Street Development.
Broad Street Development was represented in-house by senior managing director David Israni. Jack Terzi of JTRE Holdings represented Clean Market.
The 12-story 40 Bleecker topped out construction this past February, and most of its 61 units have found buyers. The first move-ins are expected in early 2020.
