Wells Fargo has renewed its lease at Wells Fargo Tower, an Irvine office building located at 2030 Main St. The firm will occupy approximately 91,523 square feet, representing a slight contraction from its current commitment, on floors seven, eight, nine and 11, plus ground-floor ATM space.
The deal keeps Wells Fargo in one of Orange County’s most prominent business districts, as an anchor tenant of the Class A, 16-story, approximately 345,000-square-foot building.
Savills Studley’s Steve Walbridge and Craig Jablin advised Wells Fargo in the transaction. ORION Property Partners’ Jay Carnahan represented the landlord, Third Avenue Investments, LLC.
