Wentworth Snags 228K Office for $17M

A Phoenix-based company has acquired a 228,000-square-foot vacant office building in Tempe, AZ. Wentworth Property Co. struck a $16.5-million deal with BF Enterprises of Palm Beach, FL for the site, which was a former Bank of America banking and mortgage operations center.

Wentworth is renovating the 1970s building at 1515 W. 14th St. CBRE’s Barry Gabel and Chris Marchildon, along with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Dave Seeger and Karsten Peterson, brokered the deal.
