NKF arranged a long-term, 31,862-square-foot lease for a West Coast-based leader in reproductive care at 114 W. 41st St. on behalf of Clarion Partners, which owns the property on behalf of a separate account. NKF’s Scott Klau, Erik Harris, Ben Shapiro and Zach Weil represented the landlord while Cushman & Wakefield’s Carri Lyon and Mark Mandell represented the tenant.
“Ownership’s extensive upgrade of 114 W. 41st shows with its dynamic tenancy of innovative and forward-thinking businesses like Roku, VTS and now this leader in reproductive health services,” said Klau. “The property’s active and convenient Bryant Park location and its high-caliber amenities make it an ideal place for our newest tenant’s first impression to the New York market.”
In choosing this space, the tenant identified a convenient, central location, making access to care easier. Its first New York location spans the entire second and third floors of 114 W. 41st.
