Charlotte-based real estate investment firm Asana Partners has acquired Brickworks, a 194,000-square-foot mixed-use project in Atlanta’s West Midtown submarket. The sales price was reported as $80 million.

The project, which includes office space as well as retail, was developed more than 20 years ago by Richard Martin and George Rohrig. Asana Partners has been active in Atlanta of late, recently acquiring Krog Street Market and Stove Works on the Beltline’s Eastside Trail, as well as the Plaza Theatre and Majestic Diner.

Vantage Realty Partners represented Asana in the transaction. The seller, Midtown West Associates, was advised by Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group.
