San Diego-based Westcore Properties acquired a 277,500-square-foot industrial property in Stockton, CA for roughly $14.43 million in an off-market transaction. The facility is located at 1627 Army Ct., and is leased to such companies as Keystone Automotive Industries, which took 97,500 square feet of warehouse/distribution space last September.
Westcore’s Peter Mette says, “With close ties to the California Bay Area market, Stockton’s industrial market has continued to strengthen as companies look east to find suitable space.”
Located approximately one mile west of Interstate 5, the multi-tenant industrial building can accommodate a wide range of mid-sized users seeking 25,000 to 75,000 square feet of space and regional accessibility.
Colliers International’s Mike Goldstein and Wes Widmer represented Westcore, as well as the undisclosed seller in the transaction.
