Milam Real Estate Capital led a partnership that acquired the 11-story Concord Plaza at 200 Concord Plaza on San Antonio’s north side, near the Whataburger headquarters. The buying partnership included Whataburger affiliate Tres Grace. The seller was CPS Energy’s employee pension trust. The sales price was undisclosed, with the Bexar Central Appraisal District valuing it at $39.1 million.
The building is situated on 6.4 acres and has 168,000 square feet of office space and 80,000 square feet of retail. The transaction also include 2.8 acres of adjacent land.
